1. The butterfly plate must be in the closed position during installation to prevent dirt generated during the installation process from jamming the sealing surface.

2. The installation position in the pipeline is vertical, but cannot be inverted. Set auxiliary screws at appropriate positions to adjust the distance between the two flange surfaces. The pipeline connected to the butterfly valve must be equipped with expansion joints or devices that can prevent thermal expansion and contraction of the pipeline and compensate for the length space of the pipeline.

3. Before embedding the butterfly valve, leave a certain distance between the two flanges to ensure that there is no contact between the flange and the seal.

4. After embedding the butterfly valve between the flanges, switch the butterfly plate to the open position before screwing it on to avoid the possibility of the butterfly plate being stuck by the flange during the closing process, which may cause the seal to be damaged or deformed when closing the valve!

5. After confirming that the center of the butterfly valve is concentric with the center of the flange and that the position of the valve disc switch is not obstructed by the inner diameter of the flange or adjacent components, tighten the bolts diagonally and gradually until the flange surface contacts the end face of the valve body.

6. After the device is completed, the fully open and fully closed degrees should be confirmed again.
